    I started training with Brooke in 2021, I had no idea what I needed to do. I was a good old cardio bunny as they call it, but was never able to drop the weight. That all changed when I started using Brooke. I started lifting weights and I learnt I was a lot stronger than I thought I was, within no time I’d gone from pushing a low 20kgs on a leg press to a massive 220kgs and boy I was proud. The weight was then dropping off me and my body was changing. I’d never been prouder, I grew a thic booty, had my waist shrink and finally got that body I dreamed of having. Over time I dropped 20kgs and went from hating my body to loving my body, and loving my shape. It didn’t happen overnight, it was over a 2 year period. But I’m now at a point where I’m so proud of who I am and who I’ve become. I also have a much better understanding of food & as a chronic binge eater this has become the best thing. I’m aware it’s okay to eat the potato chips, but I also need to eat my protein. I know what I need to have to fuel my body, I’ve learnt about volume foods etc. I owe a lot to Brooke, as I wouldn’t have been able to do this without her & her guidance, I know I haven’t been the easiest client and sometimes I’m sure I’ve driven her insane, but she’s been the most amazing coach I could ask for, I can’t wait for what we’re about to do next.

    At the time of signing up, my goal was to primarily lose weight and get “fit”. Working with Brooke I’ve realised that my goals have changed, I still want those things but I want my overall body composition to change, I want to feel healthier and I want to feel comfortable in my body.     When I signed up with Brooke, I had lost 10kgs and I wanted to lose another 20kgs. Not only did I meet that goal but I actually managed to lose an additional 12kgs on top of it. Through teaching me about nutrition, keeping me motivated through our weekly PT sessions and challenging my mindset. I dropped 5 dress sizes, learned about how to accurately fuel my body for the fitness goals I wanted. Then 6 months ago I decided I wanted to start running. I couldn’t run 3kms when I started, now I’m training for a half marathon. I have more understanding about how stress and sleep impacts my training, I have more energy to keep up with my kids and better mental health. She’s honest, positive, encouraging and realistic. I’ve noticed significant changes in my body shape and composition, improved cardio endurance and mobility, and overall improved health.     My goals were to lose a bit of weight post babies & gain muscle/strength - Brooke has helped me with both of these goals! To be honest it's probably the fittest I've been since leaving school. I’m stronger than I've ever been and more confident in the gym. I genuinely look forward to my training sessions with Brooke every week, my Monday session is the best start to the week and even on days I'm not feeling that motivated I always end up finishing my session and leave the gym feeling great! I love getting pushed harder than I'd push myself and reaching the goals we set at the start of the year. When I initially joined the gym I was always a group fitness girly, never knew quite where to start on the gym floor and found it very intimidating. After my last baby I wanted to get fit again and gain some muscle, so I asked Brooke to help me out!   • This membership is gym-focused and built to help you get the most out of your sessions in a well-equipped space. That said, there are home and minimal-equipment options available if you need flexibility. But this isn’t just about workouts. You’re getting a full coaching experience — with structure, support, and tools to help you train smarter, fuel properly, and track your progress. It’s designed to help you build real habits, real strength, and real results that last.

Hey, I’m Brooke - a certified personal trainer, online coach, and former queen of trying every diet under the sun. Now I help others build strength, confidence, and sustainable habits, without giving up their favourite foods or becoming a slave to the scale. I didn’t always live and breathe fitness. Growing up I was the kid walking cross country and strategically picking the netball position that did the least amount of running. 

My fitness journey was a messy one, filled with fad diets, body image struggles, and constantly feeling like I was either “on track” or completely off the rails. Sound familiar? I spent years trying to shrink myself before I finally realised: real health isn’t about punishing workouts or eating chicken and broccoli every day. It’s about feeling good, building habits that last, and learning to actually enjoy the process. 

That’s what I help my clients do now. With a mix of tough love, accountability, and a whole lot of support, I guide them to ditch the extremes, cut the BS that’s been holding them back, and simplify their approach to create lasting change. No more all-or-nothing. Just consistent, realistic progress with someone who gets it.
